The vampire series was created by Kevin Williamson and based on the saga of LJ Smith was released and first issued on September 10, 2009 by the TV channel The CW and is currently broadcasting its seventh season, however this time It does not have the participation of Elena because the character was frozen in history due to the resignation of its protagonist Nina Drobev because she had love problems with Ian Somelhalder so took the decision to to leave the series which had a strong impact on viewers who did not see with good eyesthe departing of one of its protagonists. Since it was launched to the success the series has not made more than become more famous and add followers who have become fans of this American teen drama series which includes the viewer and gives him a share of the experiences of the characters.
